CC Pink Highlighter Acropora (from Cherry Corals) is a vibrant, fast-coloring SPS coral known for its glowing neon pink appearance, strong fluorescence, and dramatic contrast between branch tips and polyps. It’s one of the more eye-catching pink/yellow designer Acros and is popular for how quickly it shows color once settled.

This coral is all about intensity:

• Neon pink axial tips that look almost marker-bright

• Yellow to lime base, giving a highlighter-style contrast

• Pink or red corallites depending on lighting

• Polyps usually green or yellow-green, enhancing the glow

• Growth pattern: upright, thin to medium branches with tight axial tips

Under heavy blue lighting, it looks fluorescent and extremely saturated.

💡 Lighting Requirements

• Best results in high PAR: 300–450 PAR

• Blue-heavy light (ReefLED, Radion AB+, Kessil) enhances:

  • Red/pink axial tips

  • Green/yellow lower branches

• Lower light = more green, less pink

• Increase light slowly to avoid bleaching

• Strong, random, turbulent flow

• Fruit Loops tends to:

  • Grow compact, thick branches under strong flow

  • Stretch sideways or thin out under weaker flow
